In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn how to prepare a selection of tasty, Mediterranean appetizers:
Mini savory muffins with fresh herbs and vegetables
A puff pastry sun filled with flavorful ingredients
Phyllo-based appetizers with a crispy, golden finish
You’ll practice essential French culinary vocabulary while learning to mix, roll, fold, and bake.
At the end of the session, everyone will taste their creations and take home a bilingual printed recipe for all three appetizers to recreate at home.

Members: $55 for 1 class for 1 person
Non-Members: $75 for 1 class for 1 person

No experience is required. We provide everything.
This class is in French, and all ingredients and tools are provided.
The class needs to be booked at least 48h ahead.
Min of 3 students for the class to happen. Max 8 participants.
