Description:

If you would like your order shipped to an address different from the one listed on your profile, please enter the shipping address in the “Comment on Your Order” section.

The Alliance Française de San Diego is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have verified the shipping address associated with their profile or have provided an updated address in the “Comment on Your Order” section.

AFSD is not responsible for diplomas that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been handed over to the shipping provider.

Diplomas are shipped using a service with signature confirmation. Any claim regarding a lost or delayed shipment must be addressed directly with the shipping company.

If a diploma is returned to AFSD because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, the customer must place and pay for a new shipping order before the diploma can be resent.
