850 Years of the Paris’ fair
A week of creativity, theatre, music, and Parisian history inspired by one of France’s oldest fairs
This summer, children will step into the lively world of the Foire de St‑Germain des prés, a historic Parisian fair that began 850 years ago. Originally a medieval market, it later became a vibrant center of theatre, music, artisans, acrobats, and storytellers — a place where imagination and performance came alive.
Throughout the week, campers will explore the history of the fair, discover traditional arts and crafts, and experience the joyful spirit of street performers. Through hands‑on workshops, theatre games, music, and creative projects, children will immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere that made the fair a cultural landmark.
This camp is open to all levels of French.
