Join us for a delicious hands-on cooking class fully immersed in French!
In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn how to prepare a classic French chocolate lava cake (mi-cuit au chocolat) paired with a bright homemade raspberry coulis.
Guided step-by-step, you’ll practice essential French culinary vocabulary while mixing, melting, whisking, and baking.
You’ll also learn simple but elegant French plating techniques, including how to create a restaurant-style “coulis swoosh,” decorative drops, powdered sugar finishing, and options to garnish with fresh berries, mint, or chocolate curls.
At the end of the session, everyone will plate and enjoy their dessert—and will leave with a bilingual printed recipe to make the dish again at home.
