About the Event
Cooking class: Chef Lili has your back, whether you are a newbie or an expert, come and join the fun.
Theme: "Le Parfait aux fruits".
It is a French frozen dessert traditionnaly made with egg, fresh cream and a sauce or coulis. Lili will teach her own recipe "Le Parfait with fruits in verrine" without eggs, with fresh cream and a homemade coulis!
$30 for AFSD Members or SDFAS families
$40 for others
No experience is required. We provide everything.
This class is in French, and all ingredients and tools are provided.
The class needs to be booked at least 48h ahead.
