Do you want to learn all the secrets to baking the best Quiche?
In France, quiches are as iconic as wine, baguette, and cheese. With a buttery crust, cheese-filled custard, and bits of smoky bacon, the Quiche Lorraine is classic French at its best. This recipe is a home cooks’ favorite, as it’s an all-in-one meal that’s a welcome addition to any table – be it lunch, dinner, or brunch.
Or course, with Chef Lili, you will learn how to make it and its history, but you will also be able to create a vegetarian one and many more variations.
With Chef Lili, you will become a quiche master: she will teach you how to make them so they taste just like the ones you’d find in a Parisian boulangerie.
This month, we offer three Quiches making classes:
- Elementary class on September 21 (5 to 10 years old) - 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- Adults class on September 22 - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Teenagers class on September 28 - 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
You will enjoy your freshly baked quiche at the end of the class. Slightly crisp on the outside and spongy and soft on the inside, they taste so good with a salad! And voila!
The class is in French, and all ingredients and tools are provided. No baking experience is required.
