Madison Gallery is proud to present Hold Back the Night, a solo exhibition by acclaimed French contemporary artist Cedrix Crespel, on view from September 30 through November 15. An opening reception with the artist will be held on Saturday, October 10, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

Hold Back the Night presents a compelling new body of work exploring the fragile threshold between intimacy and landscape, memory and presence, light and darkness. Created between France and the United States, these paintings expand Crespel’s deeply personal visual language into a broader meditation on human connection and our emotional relationship with the natural world.
