Meet the Artist Pam Fong & Book signing - Open House

Join us from 11 AM to 12 PM during our Open House for a special discussion and book signing with award-winning author and illustrator Pam Fong. Her exhibition will be on view at the Alliance Française San Diego until October 30.

Pam Fong will share insights into her artistic process, career journey, and sources of inspiration. A passionate Francophile, Pam finds endless inspiration in Paris, which serves as the creative backdrop for her acclaimed works The Clock and Claire and the Cathedral, which will be available for purchase.

PAM FONG is the award-winning author and illustrator of several picture books, including THE CLOCK, A SPARK IN THE DARK, CLAIRE AND THE CATHEDRAL, HEDGEHOG AND THE LOG, and THE LITTLE CLOUD.
Her work has been translated into several languages, including French, Korean, and Greek. After working in arts administration and development for many years, Pam is now committed to creating timeless picture books and memorable stories for young readers. She earned a degree in Visual Arts from the University of California, San Diego, and a Masters from Carnegie Mellon University.
