Desserts by Clément is founded by Clément Le Déoré, a French pastry chef with over 15 years of experience. 

In San Diego, he has been able to fully express his creativity, which has caught the attention of media outlets like Pastry Arts Magazine, Ouest France, and San Diego Voyager, as well as national TV shows including The Great American Baking Show and Spring Baking Championship (Season 9 Finalist).

After opening his first location in Pacific Beach and then in Del Mar, Clément is now coming to Vista — bringing his unforgettable French pastries to North County!
