Onaku Ellis is born and raised in the beautiful islands of Tahiti, French Polynesia. Join us on Friday at 4 pm to discover some basic moves in Tahitian Dance, more traditionally known as Ori Tahiti. Please wear a Pareo or Sarong around your hips(just like she has in the video) and be prepared to shake them! She will announce the names of the traditional moves and walk you through them. This is a brief introduction and can be adapted depending on your level. You will be emailed the Zoom link after your registration and payment are complete. This is a great work out for your core and lower body.
Assisting her in translation is Lindsay Reva McNicol, Executive Directive of Alliance Française de San Diego.
