Regular Classes
Small VIRTUAL groups, experienced native French-speaking teachers, and dynamic content make learning French at Alliance Française de San Diego engaging and interactive. Students can further enrich their learning experience through our various cultural programs offered to our students and members.
24-hours of instructions are provided over 14 weeks of a typical semester that allows learners to approach the language contextually through varying practical solutions. Shorter sessions are available as well.
These courses can be combined with Thematic classes or Private Classes to strengthen specific skills in reaching a higher level of French language education.
Congratulations, you are one step closer to expanding your knowledge.
These courses will help students to broaden their vocabulary, distinguish between nuances of meaning, express their opinions and points of view, make a presentation on a topic of interest to them, summarize and discuss topics using multimedia sources including French TV, internet and published resources, expand their knowledge of French history, culture and society and review points of grammar in context
What is a thematic teaching?
Our French Thematic teaching (also known as thematic instruction) is the selecting and highlighting of a theme through an instructional unit or module, course, multiple courses. It is often interdisciplinary, highlighting the relationship of knowledge across academic disciplines and everyday life.
