"Cercle de Cuisine"

The Alliance Francaise de San Diego is holding its next “Cercle de Cuisine” cooking class. Vaninha D’Amico, our Chef, will revisit some Easter classics of French cuisine for your delight.

Since graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris in 2000 Vaninha has worked with one, two and three-star Michelin guide chefs in France, Switzerland, Brazil and the U.S. Come join us for an evening that will delight your senses and turn you into a French cuisine aficionado.

Cost: $75.00 per participant for members of Alliance Francaise / $80.00 for non-members.

Your registration will be confirmed in an email indicating where to send your check by the deadline of Saturday, March 8th.
Given the limited number of participants (10 max), we may not be able to accomodate your registration. However we offer the possibility to secure your registrations by paying for all 3 classes in advance .
For the same reason and given the fact that our Chef has to buy the ingredients in advance, The Cercle de Cuisine is a non refundable event even if you cancel in advance or don't attend.

Amuse Bouche (few small surprise dishes....)

Chaud-froid d’œuf d’Alain Passard

Cauliflower Panna-Cota with Caviar of Salmon
